Kennedy Center Honors: John Travolta Presents Garth Brooks
We had the distinct pleasure of working with @johntravolta for the @kennedycenterhonors show on CBS that aired 6/6/2021.
The first video below is from the post production house that took the raw material and keyed the background and the bottom was what I saw through my monitor on set.
Little known fact: John speaks fluent German and we had a few moments of banter in my native tongue before the shoot.
It’s astounding the amount of money and man-hours that go into even a short 50 second project like this. Every aspect needs to be on-point so that this effort isn’t wasted and also so that the talent’s precious time is honored.
We had a great team assembled on our end, with @reecepottorff and the crew @ehmanproductions working it with me. Big up to the California production house as well for assisting me in producing it.
